The restaurant is still dedicated to offering great food and service even if Clément Chauvin, who also serves as Executive Chef, is its only owner at this time. The goal is still to create a warm, comfortable space where diners can savour beautifully prepared food in a relaxed atmosphere. Les Bistronomes aims to provide a unique eating experience that showcases its commitment to comfort and quality.

Review on Google – “My partner and I have been long time fans of this restaurant and we come here for special occasions. We finally decided to treat ourselves to a Bastille Day set menu and it was AMAZING. The flavour is great, presentation, thoughtfulness, even the cocktails went with the menu. I also loved that it was so interactive with the finger food bites, pastry dome on the soup and the lit dessert. Compared to other fine dining restaurants, we find eating here is always great value and would highly recommend.” – aimee s
